We have just had five large pine trees at the rear of our steep section felled. After trying to engage with a couple of tree felling companies, we were recommended to try Arbor Masters. Mark attended our property, viewed the job and made all of the arrangements, including with our neighbour. Over four days, the trees were felled, rubbish removed and the logs were cut into smaller sizes ready to be reduced to firewood. The whole job went flawlessly, and the team were superb. They kept us informed of what was happening and safety was a constant concern. We cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough - a superb job and very affordable. I highly recommend Arbor Master, they worked tiresly today in pouring rain and horrible conditions to remove two massive overgrown poplars. The 3 guys were very friendly and fantastic to deal with, nothing was a problem. There was minimal disruption to nearby neighboring houses and much less damage to the lawn below than I was expecting. Everything was all cleaned up and safe before they left. From dealing with Simon and his extensive knowledge of what we needed to do for the health of our 100 year old tree, to the highly skilled team who scaled our tree and bought branches down with three seperate overhead power lines to deal with. We had the Arbor Master team at our Westmorland property and were very impressed. The owner, who completed the quote, was professional and punctual. Turned up when booked and then the team turned up to do the job on time at the later date too. These guys were friendly, safe and skilled. They cleaned up ALL of their mess, everything looked fantastic when they were done. Best of all, the job came in under the quote and this was passed onto us in the final bill!
